The keyboard app periodically prompts a server whether it needs any updating, but Samsung devices do not encrypt the executable file, making it possible for any hacker to modify the traffic via an insecure Wi-Fi connection and send a malicious payload to a phone in order to gain control of it. The vulnerability was discovered by NowSecure mobile security researcher Ryan Welton, who notified Samsung about the bug in December last year. The app cannot be uninstalled or disabled by the users of the Samsung smartphone devices, so it is up to Samsung to fix the critical bug.
The vulnerability is due to a problem with the Samsung built-in keyboard app that enables easier predictive text.

It changes your settings all the time, randomly. The camera is worse than crap and takes so long to pull up that you miss your shot, without fail. It takes 10 minutes to wait for it to work through whatever so you can reboot- which takes forever. It will not keep me logged into Facebook, Google, any of them. It will not keep a wallpaper of my choosing, going back to the ugly stock wallpaper 5 seconds after I assign a different one.

If i download one, it will ask me EVERY SINGLE TIME I click on anything, which launcher to use- no matter what i assign as my home launcher.
It will not let me use a launcher of my choice. A red hot, seeing black, hate that comes from hell itself. I hate this phone more than I've hated anything in my life. I've been telling my parents that they shouldn't buy the cheapest phones the store offers because of these exact issues but they keep telling me my phone works perfectly. You either are forced to use earbuds or hold the phone inside of your ear canal to be able to hear anything. I also can't hear anyone when I call someone. Also recently, my phone is auto declining calls without me knowing. The clock also incorrectly shows the time and gets stuck on that time until you physically Google the time and it would then update. The phone also tells you apps you don't even own aren't responding when you are trying to do the most basic things like watch a YouTube video. The battery life is also crap with it reaching 20% and it immediately dies in. To basically do anything, you could only have one app open at a time and then it's extremely slow. The phone is also slower than internet explorer. The finger print scanner stopped working after like a month and the back gets extremely hot.
